Returns

Due to the nature of the items we sell, as well as the fact that we are a small business, we restrict returns to the following, with a 30 day window:

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged items

  • Unsatisfactory unused items

We do not cover:

  • Items lost or stolen in the mail due to failure of the postal service

  • Items stuck in customs

  • Items damaged to point of total ruin due to postal service treatment

Exchanges

Due to the nature of the items we sell, as well as the fact that we are a small business, we restrict exchanges to the following, with a 30 day window:

If you have a special circumstance, please use the inquiry form and we will be more than happy to personally look into your case.
